ESC Recruitment Process

ESC seeks to build a diverse and inclusive pool of consultants with a variety of skill sets and experiences. ESC recruits two classes of 10-15 new consultants each year during select recruitment periods. 

  • The Fall Class of consultants is recruited from July to August and joins ESC in September
  • The Spring Class of consultants is recruited from January to February and joins ESC in March

During the recruitment periods, ESC uses a three-step interview process to determine which potential consultants would be the best fit with ESC:

  1. An initial phone interview with our Vice President
  2. An in-person meeting with the President & CEO and the Vice President
  3. A meeting with several of our current consultants
