ESC Recruitment Process
ESC seeks to build a diverse and inclusive pool of consultants with a variety of skill sets and experiences. ESC recruits two classes of approximately 10 new consultants each year during select recruitment periods.
ESC reviews resumes and volunteer applications during each of these recruitment periods. After these materials are reviewed by consulting services staff, the President & CEO and the Vice President then interview applicants to determine which potential consultants would be the best fit with ESC. Some applicants also meet with current ESC consultants during the interview process.
