ESC is dedicated to providing the highest quality capacity building services to the nonprofit community at affordable rates. We are always looking for women and men with senior level management experience who have had exposure to the nonprofit community and who are dedicated to giving back in a meaningful and fulfilling way. We have two classes of new consultants who join us each year, a Fall Class and a Spring Class. Learn more about our recruitment process below.
